In the past week, Magic Becky has been finding some fun places to visit as well! One evening MB and Janelle and I swam with the dolphins, watched the whales and rode in a boat! Last night, we were in Scotland at a bar -- about 7 of us. I even rode the bull! We danced and Dr Code took us for a ride in his boat.

LOL. It doesn't take long to find your legs, really! And thanks for the good wishes. I am just in the process of ordering the new computer - I get to do a beta test on one for the constituency office, and then get one for me...for nothing...Or at least the province pays for it. Cool eh?

Barb, I feel your pain I was in the same spot around Thanksgiving. My wonderful husband surprised me with a new laptop and I'm finally catching up. I'm thinking good thoughts for an early delivery time for you!

Thank you for the info on clothes and hair! LOL, If any of you see me stumbling around looking a little funny, I'm not drunk or colorblind, just learning!

I'm so envious. I'm having computer issues and can't do a thing in SL. Missed the party Friday night. I'm on Central time - same as Pat and it seems busiest around 10:00 my time. BTW a great place to go and get great clothes - for free - is A Free Dove. Just type Dove in the search and you'll find it. Another great place is Noob Island where there is a place called Alady. You can get hair and skins and bodies there too. Hope to see you all there soon - after the new computer arrives.

lol lol I have never done the tutorials at all. I just jumped in there and have been learning as I go! Everybody will help you -- come on!!! we taught one lady to sit down a few weeks ago! Newbies are welcome, welcome! we have all been there!! for sure!! Come join the fun -- and don't overdo the studying!

Thanks Joan, that's actually great news, there's a 3 hour difference, so yes, it would be 8 my time which is perfect!

Rob, once you have the time, the tutorials are very helpful. I finally am getting around a bit without causing too much ruckus and without bumping people, and I managed to put clothes together. Looking forward to interacting next! I happened to be on onetime when Pat and I think Joe Vitale were on, that was pretty cool!

I did actually go and download SL after I received Pat's email invite. I played around with the a couple of the beginning tutorials. This is one of the things I put off for months last year, it is VERY cool, lol. Have to budget some time to finish my tutorials and then find Pat's place ;)

well, I am on EST. and I have to get on between 11 and midnight to catch anybody usually. Not sure what time that is for you. 8 or so??? I think Bec is on PST. she's in California. maybe she will post here and tell you for sure!!

I'm on pacific standard time, what time do most people seem to gather?

By the time I get home from work and we have dinner it's usually 7 my time. 8:30 if I walk the dogs before settling in which is the norm. I wish all the night owls would come out of hiding! I'll give it another go, I really do want to take part. =) Thanks!

Hi Joan, I was so bummed I missed the last visit, I wasn't home that evening. I'm definitely in for the next one!
