Yes, Siouxz is my cyberspace spelling--most folks call me Susan or Siouxz. Yes, we don't have to skype....talking on the phone or IM is fine, too...siouxzsfree@yahoo.com is my email or I'll give you a call.
Cool that you are a single dad...way to go! My hat is off to you.
Maybe IM me around 1 PM your time today if you are around...I should be on line.
Talk soon,
Siouxz
Yes, let's talk but I don't skype because, I took it off of my computer. I suppose I should get back in because others are asking if I skype. I just found it to be intrusive that it adds other things in the background just like messenger but that comes with voice so we can talk over the ether with yahoo messenger.
But yes, I want to connect up and I can call you if that works. Skype . . . I had an account already and maybe I can reconnect . . . hmm . . .
I too am a single dad that raised my kids since their birth because afterwards their bio mom took off. She decided not to contact them and so they haven't heard from her in more than a dozen years; way more.
I actually loved raising and nurturing them and it has been the most rewarding thing I have done raising them and being there for them no matter what else I wanted to do, parenting was and is first.
Now they are grown and so I face empty nest but it is on a whole new level and they are still at home so, I'll probably be ready when they do leave. I have a 19.8 and 18.4 year olds.
I cooked nutritious meals for them from scratch and I still do although less now and I'm hoping that they do it for me now and more often. :-)
Anyway, let's find a way to connect and my number here is 530-241-2330.
Sounds like we have many things in common like, play more, travel more, smoke great cigars more and always fearing less.
Take care and I look forward to our connection.
Peace and Love - Have a great weekend
I am not a super healthy eater by any stretch of the imagination... I am tooooooo lazy and that is one of my grandest desires as my Portable empire takes shape and fills my bank account... hire someone to be my personal chef, cook, meal fixer... and to do it in a healthy way.... Anyway, reading your post inspired me to ask you to be a source, contributor or expert for my site when it is ready to roll....
I was raised by a single Mom too... my Dad died when I was almost 4 and my oldest sibling was 16 or 17... there were 5 of us from 4 to 17... anyway, I know the strength I saw my Mom dig deep for to keep us all on the straight and narrow.... ok, maybe not so straight or narrow...but she filled our lives with lots of love, independence and helped us to find joy in everyday and in everyday things.... oh, it's Tuesday, lets celebrate...
Anyway, my hat is off to you as a single parent, running your own business and building your empire too!
Welcome! Peace and Love - -Jorge
Love to see your Mom there, happy to see Esther or Estherham....lol, as she/he referred to herself once in a seminar, and all the rest of the influences too...
