Make Money Anywhere While Doing What You Love

Maryellen and myself just finished a teleseminar with the purpose being to gain some experience ( with expertise to follow). Maryellen took a class on conducting TELESEMINARS ( costs $75. for 4 learning calls) and was kind enough to share information. Thanks! The software we used was The Basement Ventures, which allowed us to call into a bridgeline give a code and have us on the phone together. We tested the sound to find that the land line gave the clearest voice, speaker phone-second clearest and SKYPE the third with a tunnel sound. Maryellen spoke into a MICROPHONE with a HEADSET (Panasonic) purchased with her Blackberry cell phone. She was taught to always have a backup when recording the call. Basement Ventures allows a recording saved to an MP3 file which can be podcasts or posted on your web site or sent through email. Our Backup was Audio Acrobat, Maryellen called from her cell phone at the same time to start the recording. We experienced some difficulty in setting up a guest speaker and were disconnected several times, the same thing happened when we tried to mute. There was no problem getting back on the call. This program allows the host to see the participants online and allows them to raise their hand with questions. We decided to try a different tele-conference software the next time to compare and contrast. Both The Basement Ventures and Audio Acrobat have trial offers as well as affiliate programs. Hope this is helpful, it would be a great way to conduct mastermind group meetings, and so much more..Thanks Maryellen, Love you, .Joan

Thank you Joan for these great notes! Just to clarify the Panisonic headphone was on my telephone land line. I tried using my cell phone with bluetooth to hook up to the backup recording but this caused hissing on the line. (Even though the teacher of the teleseminar said that works well for him as a back up.)Then I used my plugin earplug. That was much better.

I had not mentioned to Joan but the Audio Acrobat kept turning off. I don't know what was wrong. I finally gave up the back up recording. They have a great help desk so I am sure I can get an answer from them. Now I know what Nelson must have experienced on his TV and Radio spots! Boy was that hard to concentrate on Joan when someone else was talking in my other ear!

I also made a back up recording with my Sony sterio digital recorder. I don't know what the quality will be though. This was plugged directly to one of my land line phone lines. I am curious to hear it. I will keep you posted. If these devices don't work well enough to sell an MP3 copy on my site then I will purchase the recorder Craig recommended at the unseminar.

If you are interested I am going to do a live teleconfrence on Thursday night 8:00 Central Time called All I Want For Christmas Is Peace Within My Family You can sign up for free at:

Hope to hear you there!

Love,

I listened to the playback from the recording with my digital stereo recorder and it picked up the hissing from the telephone. Does anyone have any ideas about how to get the hiss out? Maybe Blaze Edit Rip or an editing program or should I just go with Audio Acrobat service?

Thanks for your insight!

So did you ever do the contrast testing? What has transpired since? I've used BV for several calls, (love the free part, LOL) Thanks for the great info!
